Passion fruit is a tropical fruit with purple or yellow skin, bright orange pulp, and a refreshing sweet-tart flavor. It is rich in vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants. Passion fruit juice is fragrant, nutritious, and popular for beverages and desserts. Vietnam grows it mainly in Gia Lai, Dak Lak, and Lam Dong provinces.
